Can I order samples?
At the moment, you can have a look at some sample products at Sawa Mall, C1, CBD, or at the WINGI Nairobi warehouse.
You can also order some products from our Nairobi warehouse on a wholesale basis ( Available on the mobile app, delivery is between 1-3 business days).
How do I report damaged or missing items?
You can exchange damaged items within 7 days after receiving products. Please contact our customer service team.
Do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Nairobi with a standard fee of 300 ksh. If you wish to deliver outside of Nairobi, please contact our customer service team and we will check rates from third party service providers.
Deliver above Kshs. 10,000 are free within Nairobi.
How does in-store pick up option work?
You can pick up your order from CBD or the WINGI Nairobi warehouse.
Are there any charges associated with having the App?
The App is Free.

What is SELL NOW, BUY LATER?The SELL NOW BUY LATER feature is exclusively available on our mobile app. It allows you to market the products we have in our catalogue to your social network, confirm orders, then order with WINGI.
The feature helps business owners to reduce capital risks and warehouse charges.
How is the App different from other shopping Apps?The WINGI Merchant App is designed with business owners in mind. Apart from sourcing products, it allows to:

- Sell Now, Buy Later- a new way to source and sell, enabling you to pre-sell before you source.
How to add products to SELL NOW, BUY LATER?SNBL
Click on the "Buy Stock" tab, Browse and select products you wish to share, Click into it.
On the product name page, click on the "Share product" button.
Once you click to "Share Product" the variant of the product will appear vertically with the stock number on the left.
On the variant page, check for the variants you wish to share, and click on the them.
Click the “Share Product” button - share product images and descriptions on any social media platform, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram with one click.
- Get customer interest and pre-order before you decide to buy.
Add to cart
When ready to make a purchase, add the product to cart by clicking on the respective cart icon button
Specify the quantity you would like to purchase, and add to cart
Once you confirm the products on your cart, click on the "Checkout" button and place your order with us.
How to order from the App?
Click on the "Buy Stock" tab, Browse and select products you wish to purchase.
Click into it.
On the product details page, check for the variant you wish to purchase, and use the respective "+" sign to add the quantity or directly enter the quantity.
Once satisfied with the different quantities of the different variants, click on the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you confirm the products on your cart, click on the "Checkout" button.
Choose a delivery method, payment plan and delivery method.
Track your orders statuses via My Shop > Sourced Orders.
Once you receive your sourced orders, you can add them to your “Inventory” and track your inventory, sales, and profits.
Can I use product images from WINGI?
Yes. The SELL NOW, BUY LATER feature on the WINGI APP allows you to share product information and images across all your social networks to confirm orders before making an order with us.
How to download images from the WINGI app?
- Click on the "Buy Stock" tab, Browse and select the products you wish to share, and Click on it.
- On the product details page, check for the variant you wish to share, and click on the respective "Download" button.
- Once you click on “Download”, the images will be saved to your gallery.
The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
In the cases that manufacturers stop producing certain items, our customer service team will contact you immediately to suggest replaceable items.
Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
We have sales and promotion campaigns from time to time for members, please check our mobile app and social media pages.
Why does the color look slightly different from the pictures?
There might be cases where the manufacturer pictures look slightly different from real products. But the WINGI team will verify the quality before shipping.
You are also welcome to check product samples at C1 Sawa Mall, or at the WINGI Nairobi Warehouse.
Are your products available on wholesale or retail?
WINGI offers products at wholesale price.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns on your First Order, so you can reduce risks when trying out new products. You can return unsold products within 30 days starting from the date you receive the products.
Important notes: You can only return new and undamaged products to WINGI. The delivery costs are not refundable. You will need to drop the returned items at Nairobi warehouse. Or you can choose to cover the return delivery cost.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
After confirming returns, it should take only 3-5 business days to refund the amount.
How do I pay for orders?
At the moment, we accept M-Pesa payment.
On the mobile app, your will receive automatic notifications to select either full payment or 70:30 payment plan. For your first order, you will need to fill out a short retailer form for us to assess your eligibility.
If you are a manufacturer or wholesaler, we will arrange customized payment methods and terms.
Are my payments and information secure?
Your information and payments are only used to complete transactions through the WINGI platform. It will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.
